Zhongshan Tianwei Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Shaxi Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, a renowned city for casual wear in China. It enjoys a superior geographical location and complete supporting facilities. Our factory specializes in producing a full range of denim garments and various casual fabrics such as colored fabrics, canvas, corduroy, and coated fabrics.
Our annual production capacity is 2.8 million pieces. We operate in both domestic and international markets, exporting our products to 26 countries including Europe, New Zealand, the United States, Australia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The company has passed the 'BSCI' audit and follows substantive steps, using BCI cotton and PCW fabrics. We also employ water-saving washing processes to protect the environment.
The factory's production workshop covers approximately 12,000 square meters, with an additional 4,000 square meters for a canteen and dormitory. We currently have over 200 imported sewing machines and approximately 260 employees, including 6 sewing workshops and 1 ironing and packaging workshop. Our daily output is 8,500-10,000 pieces. We also have a large and efficient sample room with 13 people sewing samples.
Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the principles of friendly cooperation and mutual benefit. Therefore, we have established good business relationships with all our suppliers. All fabric and accessory suppliers guarantee quality and timely delivery. Our corresponding laundry plant has a team of technical personnel who are knowledgeable and experienced in laundry procedures, thus meeting the needs of different types of customers.
